An Amish buggy, people walking or running, whatever is on your side of the road is your responsibility to slow down for. It is not your right to enter the opposite lane and force oncoming traffic to respond to your inability to do the right thing and comply with traffic laws. Too many drivers are in too much of a hurry. And by the way, all those cars you had to pass are now behind you waiting for that same traffic light. Breathe, slow down, relax, live and let live.
