Does anyone find it funny that New York State has one of the highest gas tax in the United States? However we do not have the money to fix our bridges and roads, but the DOT has $400,000 dollars for the Potsdam Riverwalk project! I am not saying this is not a project that should not be funded down the road. Can we not prioritize and have a list from what is most important to least important, and when one is completed strike it off the list and go to the next one?
