As someone who works as a delivery person in all the local villages, Norwood is the village that I fear being bitten by a dog the most. It completely baffles and angers me why dog owners in Norwood think it is ok to have their dogs off leash in yards and sidewalks. Dog owners: it isn’t worth it. If I am bitten, your dog may lose it’s life because of your stupidity and the company I work for is going to sue you for my medical bills and I’m going to sue for lost wages, pain and suffering. Smarten up people, your dogs don’t obey commands like you think they do.
