I am a Town of Canton resident, who lives in Morley, and I have small children. I know there is a leash law in this town. The dog owners should have their dogs under control at all times, not let them run amuck and threaten pedestrians that walk by. I think the dog warden should get off his lazy butt and do his job or get someone who will enforce the dog laws. Too many people have been bitten by out of control dogs
