In response to the Sound Off “Plea Bargains” in the Aug. 1-7 issue of North Country This Week: I agree 100 percent. There should be no plea bargains. The justice system these days seem to care more about those who commit crimes than the victims. Those who commit crimes should pay full for their crimes and if they have money they should be made to pay their victims for the damage they have done to them. Plea bargains are just a slap in the face to the victims. We need a change for the better.
