So why are the Village of Norwood DPW workers cleaning the Norwood-Norfolk Central School parking lot? If there is a contract, shouldn’t it be made public? If no contract, why aren’t the maintenance workers at the school doing it? Are we, the village residents, paying for the DPW to be cleaning that lot while paying the maintenance workers at NNCS to sit around? I think it’s time for a change in leadership in Norwood. There is one thing the leaders are right about -- they should dissolve the village! And then just become parts of Potsdam and Norfolk townships! Out with the old in with the new!
