Am I the only one who has noticed a lot of disabled parking spaces around the North Country being taken up by vehicles without a place card or special plate? These spaces are for the disabled. So to those who are parking illegally, shame on you! Stop being lazy. I also see idling vehicles with drivers inside parked in the zones for fire trucks and emergency vehicles. I would like to see law enforcement swing around from time to time and slap tickets on these windshields.
