This letter goes out to the people who continue to dump their babies’ nasty diapers on the back roads of Potsdam especially County Route 35/Eben Road and recently the Anderson Road. I even saw them last week coming into downtown Potsdam on the bridge. What the heck are you thinking? This has been going on for a couple of years now. Do you mean to tell me you had more babies? We contacted the DEC in the past and unfortunately they were not able to catch you. But one of these nights, someone may be off on the side of the road just waiting to catch you, write your license plate number down and turn you in. Your name will be in the paper and won’t your babies be proud. Clean up your act and while you’re at it, come clean up your diapers.
