I agree with recent opinions about the low deer population. I live on farmland surrounded by hay and cornfields and apple trees. Last year there were a few deer, about 6 or 7 that were not very big, and this year I have seen one every now and then. But she's not been around for about a week now. Something needs to be done before we have none. I am sure a few years of no hunting wouldn't hurt anyone. We need to let the population grow. Talking with other people they have noticed the lack of deer too.
