I would just like to say that it’s a shame you can’t put anything on the graves at St. Mary’s Cemetery. I always thought that church was supposed to keep families close, but basically this is saying your loved ones are gone so you don’t have to think about them. As silly as it may seem, some people made promises that they can’t keep. Now, I know the deceased don't know that, but just maybe it gnaws away at the ones left behind trying to keep that promise. Please remember that Memorial Day used to be called Decoration Day!
