With Building Blocks Daycare closing, I want to know how it got so buried in debt. Who was in charge of the finances? Will they be held accountable? Was it someone stealing? How was it unnoticed until someone else came to work at building blocks? I feel so bad for Mrs. Jadlos to come in to a mess like that. I think someone needs to be held accountable. Where did all of the money paid in go? With the first sign of shortcomings, why wasn't it brought forward to the board? The public has the right to know.
