She is unable to communicate with her staff; so she fires them or they resign because she runs the office like a Wild West show. She breaks the law when it suits her case. She withholds evidence in other cases so it compromises them. It proves that she's inept at her job. Criminals can get away with crimes in St. Lawrence County because their cases don't go before judges in time, so they get dismissed. The cases she does put before a judge end up in plea without talking to victims and also lying about it!
