The governor would like us to believe in his "no new taxes" scam. He says that he won't raise them, but in order for us to survive his non-funded mandates, he knows full well that we will have to do it at the local level. He's more than happy to sign a bill that will let the county raise the sales tax rate. Bait and switch anyone?
