Did the health department certify that Mr. Robar's used toilets had been properly disinfected before he set them out? We certainly don't need a cholera epidemic in Potsdam. Perhaps there is a DEC regulation concerning the disposition of contaminated objects. Don't sites with contaminated wastes have to be properly fenced and posted? Perhaps he will have to retain op-tech to examine the three sites.
