Why do a small number of people in the North Country insist on flying Confederate flags? Don’t they understand that it is a symbol of traitors to this nation as well as racism? It is a slap in the face to the hundreds of thousands of men and women who fought and died for this nation. After what has recently happened in South Carolina, those who fly that flag are also standing on the side of a murderer. Shame on them.
