Massena is and has been lacking for doctors to locate here. Every time a doctor wants to locate here there seems to be some kind of opposition of some sort either with the hospital or the town. In this case it's the planning boards claiming his property is not zoned properly. It seems to me that with the shortage of doctors in Massena some concessions could and should be made in this case. Massena is slowly becoming a ghost town, actions such as this will not enhance that problem. Massena residents need to wake up and smell the roses before it's too late and we won't have any new doctors coming here.
