Was it necessary for St. Lawrence County District Attorney Mary Rain to announce to the world about the sexual abuse of the two little girls abducted in Heuvelton, especially since everyone knew their names? Could that information have been withheld from the public at least until a trial to avoid the pain and suffering of the girls and their families? Can we legally get Rain out of that office for insensitivity and incompetence?
