In response to “Bigger is Not Better,” I agree with the writer about sharing the superintendent positions and business office. In fact Potsdam has one of the highest paid superintendents and the lowest paid support staff. Go figure! I believe that subject hasn’t been mentioned because the superintendents and the business staff always cover their butts and cut much needed positions. Have you looked up their income? Then they get great benefits too. Figure the cost out. We are looking at the wrong solution!
