The question was posed who would clean up the contaminated soil and water at 152 Maple St. (now part of Clarkson's beautification. Of course, it is us, the humble and broke and exploited taxpayers by way of New York State's recent $2 million development grant to Clarkson and Agbotic. Think it is only fair because Clarkson must have spent all of their monies on lawyers fighting years for specific performance from Engels to sell them the property. The flushed taxpayer carries Clarkson on their back and now can carry the Greenhouse, too.
