Census people wasting taxpayer time, money

My census form was supposed to have been mailed to me. Instead, it was left on my doorknob, at great expense to the taxpayers. I resented the fact that the individual who did this ignored numerous “No Trespassing” signs I posted. During the first week in June, a census worker came to my home. They pounded on back door so hard I thought someone was trying to break in. I saw the ID tag and told them to come to the front door. I told that person I had mailed my form in on time and had made a photocopy of the answers, just in case. That person said they were not there because of a problem with the form I sent in, but they needed information about several other people in the vicinity. I told that person that the places they asked about were vacant until just a week or two ago. At approximately 6 p.m., June 18, another census worker knocked on my door, disturbing our supper. I told that one we had sent the form in on time. She snapped “I`m not interested in you! Tell me about ..and waved her hand in the general direction of across the road.” Because she was so rude, and had a child sitting in her vehicle while she was  barking at me, I replied that she needed to speak to the people over there, not me. I asked her to leave. I complained about this visit to the Census Office In Watertown and I wrote a letter to the Regional office in Boston, Mass. I think the Census people are wasting a lot of taxpayer money scheduling repeat visits that have no legitimate reason, and many people are getting fed up with this nonsense!
