Get off your butts and ask NYS for the money to build the tower. If they can bail out all those people who built camps and secondary homes over the St. Lawrence River with millions of taxpayers dollars, then they can build a new tower for 911, It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. Stop trying to rape the poor! Steal from the rich!
