It seems to be ‘”THAT” time of year again for ATVs being ridden illegally in the town of Parishville. They continuously speed through town and not only are a nuisance, but are a danger to themselves and others. Also, a big reminder to everyone. All of the land on Co. Rt. 47 by the Newton Road and the sands near Rosenbarker Drive are posted off limits and privately owned. People pay very high taxes to enjoy the peace and quiet of their homes and the river. Not to hear the drone of ATVs being ridden on posted land right in their backyards. The police will be notified if this continues to be a problem. To all of you who are responsible ATV riders that follow the law and the rules, a big thank you. As usual, a choice few can ruin the sport for everyone.
