To the person who witnessed the children being neglected on the playground in Ogdensburg (“Ogdensburg Playground Not Kid Friendly,” posted Sept. 21), call the police. It is a criminal matter to leave 3-year-olds unattended. The parents should have been arrested and charged with neglect. When people see these kind of things they must take action to protect the children.
