Today is Flag Day. This morning I noticed all the flags flying along our village streets. I think they look wonderful. With so much negativity in the news, it's important to think of all the positives in our lives: a roof over our head, a pillow to sleep on, food in our grocery stores. Many in our world have much less. There are many patriotic quotes available on line. Here's one I especially like: “I like to see a man proud of the place in which he lives. I like to see a man live so that his place will be proud of him.” Abraham Lincoln. Be proud to be an American and to live in the USA!
