In response to “First Impressions” which ran in the May 14-20 edition: Potsdam is a small town. Seriously, what did you expect? A huge grand city? Maybe you are from a huge extravagant city so you expect everywhere you go to extravagant. News flash! Potsdam happens to be a small town; which is barely found unless someone is actually searching. I think people need to get off their high horses, realize things aren’t going be so extravagant in other towns. You, sir/ma’am, gave Potsdam a bad impression of you.
