Amish buggy and car accidents will always be a problem until they “the Amish” start putting lights that people can see at night on their buggies. I am a bicyclist and have been using the new L.E.D lights and boy do they work. People always tell me how great it is. They can see me in any weather. All the awareness the Sheriff department said is good and true, but if you can’t see them that means nothing. Tri-angles and candle lit lamps are not enough, simple as that.
