I feel bad there have been so many accidents involving Amish buggies lately. When we ride in a car we are required to wear seat belts for our safety, and to put on our headlights. Religious reasons or not, Amish buggies should abide the same rules. They do have a right to travel our roads, however they take up 1/2 the lane and often times you cannot even see them, depending on the time of day. Something needs to be done for their safety. The buggies are dark and if they have a light, it's almost impossible to see it until you're right on them, then it 's too late.
