Is it me or is this country getting worse? We just lost a cheese plant after National Grid shut their power off. No big surprise there. The gas prices are rising even when the price per barrel goes down. Why are we allowing foreign companies to control our American companies? The Chinese president has come to our country. Why? So that we can try to get him to allow us to sell our products in his country, to make his currency stronger and to get them to stop stealing our computer software. It even said on the news that it’s not likely that he will make any changes. So why are we allowing their products here? Products that are often recalled. This country pays their employees so little and allows young children to work. Didn’t we establish child labor laws. Why are we continuing to buy their products? To save money of course. I’m in poverty like anyone else in the North Country. But I will always buy American made before some other country. Even our companies go to these foreign countries to save the almighty buck. Well shame on them. I applaud any company that remains here in America. We need more of them. We need to become what we are. The United States of America. We need to stop these foreigners from taking over our America.
