In regards to “Trimm Bail Pathetic,” (April 4-10), what is pathetic is people wanting to keep an “alleged” sex offender/murder behind bars without bail. It’s someone “alleged” to have murdered (Jason) Wing. They did not yet prove it. It’s not about losing money over the Oxley trial because once Trimm’s trial is over, the bail money is given back. And as to letting another one walk free, it took three trials before they got the Oxley case right. Hopefully it doesn’t take three trials for the Trimm family and they find the real murderers in not just these cases but the Phillips case as well.
