In reference to news articles about the Oral Hillary murder trial and DNA evidence: why do they need to hold a hearing as to whether the DNA can be used? Evidence is evidence as long as it was acquired legally? No matter how small an amount, it’s no different than any other item collected at a crime scene. Put all the evidence in front of a jury and let them decide. That’s why we have a jury system in our country.
