I am a nonsmoker. I don't see how changing the age for buying cigarettes is going to make a difference. How many people under the age of eighteen are smoking and on drugs? They will find a way to get them! Parents need to be more aware of what their kids are doing and where they are hanging out. My heart goes out to these children.
