In the spirit of the season I want to tell you about a generous person who helped my mother two weeks ago at Price Chopper when her card was refused after she had already purchased quite a few items. The young man behind her in line insisted she put his card through. After reluctantly agreeing and he refusing repayment later, she came home with her groceries.
