In response to last months Taser incident involving an Ogdensburg woman and Border Patrol: are we losing our civil rights? Yes Miss Cooke, We are. You say you want to stand up for your rights. Who is to blame for our rights being taken away? Is it the Border Patrol and other police officers? I think not! Those responsible for 9-11 are to blame. So, why didn't you just open your trunk and you would have been on your way in two minutes. It would have been a lawsuit either way. If the Border Patrol had not forced you to move, you could have been hit and killed, then your family would have sued. Remember the Border Patrol are here to protect us, give them a break. Remember what happened on 9-11-01.
