Charles L. Stowell, 93, Gouverneur, passed away Thursday at the Kinney Nursing Home.

A funeral service will be held Monday, Feb. 4 at 11 a.m. at the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m.
