Potsdam Mentoring Program

The mentoring program at Potsdam’s A.A. Kingston Middle School gratefully accepted a donation of $400 from the Potsdam Elks Club. The Potsdam Mentor Program operates with the ideology that when students make a lasting connection with at least one caring adult, academic and personal outcomes improve. Pictured are Elks Community Activities Chair Tim Welpe, a member of the lodge for 24 years, and member Pam Hartzog presenting the check to Mentoring Coordinator Sheila Tiernan.
