Ella M. Goodnow, 87, St. Regis Falls. Graveside funeral services for Ella M. Goodnow, 87, of St. Regis Falls, will be held at the Mound Hill Cemetery in Nicholville at a later date, at the convenience of the family. Miss Goodnow died on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at her home.

Miss Goodnow is survived by a brother-in-law, Alerick G. Welsh, St. Regis Falls and several nieces and nephews including Mrs. Thomas (Sharon) Rathbun of North Lawrence, Alerick O. Welsh of Davis, California, Janet Farmer, Jack Wilson Ruth Martin, Wayne Wilson and Mack Parker all of St. Regis Falls, Sally Randolph, Ohio, Robert Wilson of Hopkinton, Jean Wilson, Judy Wilson and Tom Wilson all from the state of Washington and Betty McAllister of Ft. Jackson and many great nieces and nephews.

Born November 25, 1921 in the Town of Hopkinton, she was the daughter of Orin and Blanche Prince Goodnow. She was a registered nurse and for many years was employed by the New York State Sunmount Developmental Disabilities Services.

Seymour Funeral Home in Potsdam is in charge of arrangements.
