Geraldine Mary Trombley, 83, Ogdensburg. Funeral services for Geraldine Mary Trombley, Mechanic Street, Ogdensburg, will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at Frary Funeral Homewith Rev. Heidi McGinnis officiating. Burial will be in Ogdensburg Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Mrs. Trombley passed away Friday, Oct. 30, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Trombley is survived by two daughters, Susan Trombley, and Sally Bresett and her husband, Stephen, both of Ogdensburg; two brothers, Charles LaRue, Ogdensburg, and John Mills and his wife, Eve, of S. Plainfield, NJ; two sisters, Joyce Larson, of Brightwater, FL, and Dorothy Bennett, of Ogdensburg; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Trombley was predeceased by two brothers, Richard and Joseph LaRue.

Mrs. Trombley was born in Ogdensburg on February 4, 1926, the daughter of Floyd and Marion Dwight Mills. She attended local schools and Woodbridge Vocational School for LPN training. On December 13, 1952, she married Kenneth Trombley at the Methodist Church. Mr. Trombley passed away in May 1987. Mrs. Trombley provided home health care for many years.

She enjoyed watching New York sports and figure skating and doing gardening work.
Donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society and the March of Dimes.
