Pamela J. Conklin, 39, Norfolk. Funeral services for 39 year old Pamela J. Conklin, of 940 Lime Hollow Road, Norfolk will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk with Rev. Andrew Amyot, pastor of The Church of the Visitation, officiating. Burial will be in Brick Church Cemetery, Spring Valley. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Mrs. Conklin died Monday, Oct. 26 at Canton - Potsdam Hospital.

Surviving are her mother Betty Oakes of Raymondville; step - father, Lloyd Shantie of Raymondville; companion, Lyle Martin of Norfolk; a son, Blake Martin of Norfolk; a daughter, Stacey Conklin of Norfolk; four brothers, Ronald, Carl, and Gordon Oakes Jr. all of Massena, and Robert Oakes of Louisville; two sisters, Rita Conklin of Washingtonville, New York and Barbara Conklin of Spring Valley.

Born in Potsdam on February 12, 1970 she was the daughter of Gordon and Betty Arquitte Oakes Sr. She married Michael Conklin in 1991. He died on August 27, 2003.She was a homemaker.
