Thelma Moe, 85, passed away Friday at the E.J. Noble Hospital in Gouverneur.

There are no calling hours, and a funeral mass will be held Thursday, December 27th at 2:00 p.m. at the St. James Catholic Church, Gouverneur. Arrangements are with the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.
