Susan A. Crownhart died Monday, Oct. 8 at her home in Leesburg, Florida.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 27 at 11 a.m. at the Frary Funeral Home, 515 Caroline Street, Ogdensburg.

Susan is survived by her loving family; father Dan Crownhart, sisters Deborah (Troy) and Barbara, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
