Rose was born on December 14, 1919, in Massena, to the late Stephen and Margaret Bregg Stucz.

She married Joseph John Toth on August 9, 1941, at the Church of the Visitation in Norfolk, NY with the Rev. A.J. Farrell officiating. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, in 1965.
Rose was a member of the Sacred Heart League and the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary and was a communicant of St. Mary's Church.

It truly breaks our hearts to have to say that our beautiful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend went home to be with the glorious Risen Lord. She is finally pain-free and at peace. She was an amazing woman, the matriarch of our family.
