Owen Matott Sr., 87, formerly of Gouverneur, passed away Thursday, Feb. 28 in Syracuse.

A funeral service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
