Oletha "Lee" Scott, 91, formerly of Gouverneur, passed away Thursday, July 19, at Samaritan Keep Home in Watertown.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, July 25, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. with a funeral service at 2 p.m. at the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.
