LOUISVILLE -- Funeral services for Mary E. Bush, age 83, of County Route 39, will be held 10:00 A.M. Frida,y February 8, 2019 at Phillips Memorial Home, Massena. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Calvary Cemetery, Massena.

Calling hours for Mary will be held Thursday, February 7, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Phillips Memorial Home, Massena.

Mary passed away peacefully Saturday evening at her family home surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Hospice.

She is survived by her husband, Warner Bush of nearly 67 years. Her children; Connie Samways, Karla Malark, Kevin Bush all of Massena, NY, Debra and husband David Hill of Norfolk, NY, Terry Bush of Hickory, NC, and Dale Bush of Grand Rapids, MI. Mary also leaves behind 9 grandchildren; Bryan Swiger, Chad Gauthier, Jodi Gauthier, Amy and Husband Deric Ellsworth, Renee Marlark, Mathew Bush, Tosha and husband Tyler Hughes along with her 13 great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law Sheila Martin and several nieces and nephews.

Mary was predeceased by her brothers, Clarence, Rene, Rolland, Florient, Armand and Raymond Morin, along with her two sisters Mona Morin, Maryjane Granadaw and a sister in-law Glendora Morin.

Mary Emelda Morin was born on April 19, 1935 in Massena to the late Ernest and Marie Rose Angelia (Desgrosiellier) Morin. She attended Massena Schools and married her loving husband Warner Bush on August 16, 1952 in Massena at Sacred Heart Church. She began work at the Shine’s Inn as a housekeeper and later began work Massena Memorial Hospital. She retired in 1994 after 25 years of service as a seamstress.

Mary enjoyed spending time outdoors and in her flower garden and always found time to spend with her loving grandchildren and family. She also enjoyed camping at Coles Creek with family and friends, crocheting and gardening. Mary was a communicant at Sacred Heart Church. She will be missed by her family and caring grand and great-grandchildren.
