
Lloyd F. Besaw, 85 of Waddington, passed away on June 18, 2012 at Canton Potsdam Hospital in Potsdam. Lloyd was born on November 14, 1926 in Norfolk the son Albert and Myrtle (Raymo) Besaw. He proudly served his country during World War II. Lloyd married Eunice Jenkin for 41 years, she predeceased him.
Surviving Lloyd are his children, Jeffery and wife Kelly Besaw of Lowell, IN, Judy and husband Bill Fairbridge of Larimore, ND, Jackie and husband Lou Barkley of Waddington, and Jill and husband Ray Maulde of Scottsburg, IN; nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren; his companion, Dorothy Smith of Waddington; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a grandson, Glen "Peanut" Barkley; a brother, Ray Besaw; and three sisters, Rayona Clough, Ruby Miller, and Shirley Neal.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in Waddington, with Rev. Msgr. Robert Lawler presiding. Friends and family may call on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at Phillips Memorial Home in Waddington. Interment will be in the Brookside Cemetery, Waddington.
