James R. Tierney, Canton, 76, died on June 2, 2010 at Canton Potsdam Hospital.

A memorial mass will be Monday, June 7, 12 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church, Canton, Father Douglas Lucia officiating. Refreshments will be served at the family’s home following the mass.

Allen-Denesha Funeral Home, DeKalb Junction is in charge of arrangements.

Surviving are his wife Eldena Tierney; two sons; and several grandchildren.

Donations can be made to the charity of ones choice.
