Ezekiel James LaShomb Murray, infant son of Erica LaShomb and David “Jake” Murray, 6 Crabb St., Norfolk, was called home to the angels on Thursday afternoon, May 24, 2012, at Massena Memorial Hospital. Ezekiel was born at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston on April 3 and brought such joy to his loving family in his short time here.

He will be sadly missed by his parents; his sisters, Aurora and Olivia Murray of Massena and his brother, Michael Champion of Brookdale; his maternal grandparents, Gerald and Donna LaShomb of Brookdale; paternal grandparents, Betty and Alfred Wilson of Bombay and David “Joe” Murray and Sylvia Snyder of Winthrop; and his maternal great grandmother, Beatrice St. Pier of North Lawrence.

He will also be sadly missed by his many aunts and uncles including, Amy and Michael Ciolec of Plattsburgh, Carl LaShomb of Fairfax, Vt.; Eric LaShomb of Massena; Odena and Tim Boice of Louisville; Dawn LaShomb of Brookdale; Victoria Snyder of Norfolk; Tracy and Gene Goodreau of Brasher Center and William “Bill” Murray of Bombay, and many cousins.

Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Pastor Cliff Boice officiating. Burial will follow the services in Brookdale Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s Hospital of Boston and Burlington, Vermont.
