CANTON -- The Women Of Grace Widows’ Fund, a joint mission of the Canton and Watertown Presbyterian Churches, is offering people a Valentine’s Day opportunity to donate toward alleviating the extreme poverty faced by widows in Malawi.
People may send greetings to a friend or sweetheart and to widows in Malawi, Africa, all with the same card.
For a donation of any amount to the First Presbyterian Church noting “Widows’ Fund/Valentine’s Day” on the memo line, a Valentine’s card will be sent to the loved one of your choice notifying him or her that a gift has been made in their honor.
Gifts made by Feb. 9 will be assured delivery by Valentine’s Day.
