GOUVERNEUR – A local convenience store will host a presentation ceremony Tuesday for a woman who has won at least $20 million from the New York Lottery.

A contingent from the lottery office will be at Valentine Nice N Easy, 238 W. Main St., at 11 a.m. to present a check to Judy Brown of Watertown, who bought a “Win $1 Million a Year for Life” scratch-off game at the store.

The game has a minimum $20 million prize.
