NORFOLK – St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies charged a Syracuse woman with driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, Leandra’s Law, an automatic felony under state law, on Sunday on St. Rt. 56.
Deputies arrested Lindsay T. Gray, 32, Syracuse, for allegedly driving drunk with her three children as passengers. All three children were under the age of 15.
She was arraigned in Norfolk Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail.
